Refund Policy

1. Refund Conditions

   A full refund of the amount paid for the reservation will only be possible if the cancellation is made before the scheduled flight arrives.

2. Late Cancellation Penalty

   If the reservation is canceled after the scheduled flight arrives, an additional fee of €20 will be applied, which will be deducted from the refund amount or charged additionally, if applicable.

3. Refund Method and Timeframe

   Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the reservation, within 15 business days of confirmation of the cancellation.
